Joseph Pilates in the early 20th century developed an exercise method originally called Contrology, which aimed to strengthen the body and improve balance and flexibility, as he believed that to be happy it is necessary to gain control of our body.
As part of our festival you will have the opportunity to experience this method, now known as Pilates, up close among the trees, with the fresh mountain air refreshing your every breath.
Through a series of exercises, with the mountain as a backdrop, you will exercise your body and calm your mind under the guidance of experienced instructors.
Don't forget to bring a gym/camping mat or a towel and of course your good mood!
